Location: the hotel was close enough to beautiful gardens in the countryside away from all the troubles of modern life, Leominster and Herefordshire. The room was good-sized and what's more - included shower facilities and fresh towels. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was friendly!

Room smelled musty and dirty, bedding and towels were stained. Noise from neighboring rooms was disruptive and kept us up at night.
